PayPal recently lifted the ban on Nigeria allowing Nigerians freedom to open a paypal account and carry out online transactions successfully on websites such as (eBay.com etc) that uses paypal for online payment.
In this post I’m sharing with you step by step guide on how to open, verify and fund paypal in Nigeria.
How to Open a Paypal account in Nigeria
So, how do you open a paypal a account in nigeria. Its simple, just follow the few steps below to open and verify your paypal account now-
==> Goto www.paypal.com
==> Click on “Sign up” and then choose type of account
==> enter your information and and click on “Signup”
Note: you will need to login to your email account And confirm your email address.
How to Verify your Paypal account
When you are through with the registration, login to your paypal account and click on “link and confirm my debit or credit card“. Then enter your card details and click on continue
Note: You will be charged $1.95 USD after which you will get an alert containing the 4-digit code you will enter on the paypal website to verify your account.
Once you receive the alert just login to your paypal account and click on “Confirm my card” and enter the 4digit code.
Thats all! Your paypal account can now be used wherever you see the paypal logo. You can also use your paypal to send money to other paypal users all around the world but in the mean time you can receive money with your Nigerian paypal account.
